Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Hooshina website, user panel and the text, image and video creation services offered under the Hooshina name. It covers information processed when you browse the website, create an account, purchase credit, submit a generation or contact support.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, profile image and authentication details. Passkey credentials are stored using public-key identifiers; Hooshina does not receive the biometric data used by your device.
We process prompts, uploaded references, generated text and media, edits, generation options and associated job records. We also receive payment status and transaction references, but do not store complete card credentials.
Technical records can include IP address, device and browser information, language, timestamps, security events, pages used and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, authentication, wallet balances and creative services.
- Queue and complete generations, return failed-generation credit and notify you about results.
- Process purchases, prevent fraud and maintain auditable transaction records.
- Secure, debug and improve the platform and understand aggregate product usage.
- Answer support requests and send service-related communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
AI processing
To generate an output, artificial intelligence processes the necessary prompt, reference media and selected options. Only the information required to perform the request should be included. Do not submit confidential personal data that is unnecessary for the intended output.
Hooshina records the task identifiers, status and accounting information needed to track long-running work, prevent duplicate charges and deliver completed results.
Retention and deletion
Media files are retained for 30 days and can then be deleted automatically. Download anything you need to keep. Related accounting and audit records may remain after the file itself is removed.
Account information is kept while the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize eligible information while retaining records required for security, dispute resolution, financial reporting or law.
Required disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when you authorize it, when required by a valid legal process, to protect users or Hooshina from harm, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards including access control, credential protection, audit records and secure transport. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your authentication methods and contact us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to certain processing, restrict processing or request deletion of personal information. You can update common profile details and request account deletion within the platform.
To make another privacy request, email info@hooshina.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Updates and contact
We may revise this policy when product features or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page, and material changes may also be communicated inside the platform.
