Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing credit or using Hooshina, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Hooshina for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your email, phone number, password and passkeys. Actions taken through your authenticated account are treated as your actions unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Do not transfer, sell or share account access in a way that bypasses product limits or creates a security risk.
Using the services
Hooshina provides tools for generating and editing text, images and video. Features and technical limits may change as the product develops. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
You remain responsible for the prompts, reference files and instructions you submit, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use them.
Credits, pricing and refunds
Hooshina uses a prepaid balance. The estimated cost is shown before a generation begins; text generation may be charged from the actual output and therefore differ from the estimate. Persian interfaces display Toman amounts, while other supported languages display US dollars. The corresponding wallet values are recorded when a transaction occurs.
If a generation fails for a verified technical reason after credit was deducted, the platform is designed to return the corresponding amount and record that refund. A successful AI output is not refundable merely because its creative interpretation differs from what you imagined, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Purchased balance does not expire under the current policy. Processing fees, taxes or legal restrictions may apply depending on your location and payment method.
AI-generated outputs
Artificial intelligence can produce mistakes, unexpected details, similarities, omissions or inaccurate statements. Hooshina does not guarantee that an output is unique, factually correct, suitable for a particular purpose or free from claims relating to other people’s rights.
You must review outputs before publishing or relying on them. Verify factual, medical, legal, financial and professional claims independently. Your ability to use an output may depend on applicable law and the rights contained in your prompt or reference material.
Files and retention
Uploaded and generated media are retained for 30 days unless a different period is clearly shown in the product. After that period they may be deleted automatically and may not be recoverable.
Hooshina history is a creative workspace, not permanent file storage. Download approved files and upload them to your own website, storage or publishing destination. Do not depend on temporary Hooshina file URLs for permanent public use.
Prohibited use
You may not use Hooshina to break the law, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, exploit or harm minors, impersonate or defraud another person, spread malicious misinformation, create non-consensual intimate material, produce deceptive deepfakes intended to harm, or generate content that promotes violence, hatred, threats or targeted harassment.
You may not probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; bypass security, limits or payment controls; automate abusive request volume; introduce malware; or use the platform to attack another system. We may investigate reported misuse and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Availability and continuity
Requests may be queued and long-running AI work can continue after you leave the page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Maintenance, network failures, governmental restrictions, cyberattacks and other events beyond reasonable control may interrupt the service. We work to restore normal operation but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooshina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of—or inability to use—the service, loss of temporary files, or reliance on an AI output.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability can be limited, Hooshina’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion through account settings. Some transaction, security and legal records may be retained where required.
We may restrict or suspend an account when we reasonably believe it is compromised, violates these terms, creates risk for other users or the service, or must be restricted by law. A blocked account cannot use generation services.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
