Users are solely responsible for any misuse of the facial transformation system. In case of reported violations or complaints, necessary information will be provided to the relevant authorities. Content generated through the facial transformation system is intended solely for creative and authorized uses. Users are responsible for any misuse outside the scope of these terms. If misuse is identified or reported, Hooshina reserves the right to suspend the user account and pursue legal actions as necessary.
10. Force Majeure
Hooshina is not liable for delays, disruptions, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, technical malfunctions, or governmental restrictions. In the event of such occurrences, we will make every effort to restore services to normal operation as quickly as possible.
